Homeowner Updates due to COVID-19


We realize that for many of you this is a time of uncertainty and worry. You may have to decide between protecting your health and providing for your family. We face similar decisions in our own lives. We assure you that we will do what we can to work with families who face a financial crisis. 

Until April 24th our office will be closed. If you currently make your payment in person, you can:

  • Mail us a check with your name and address 

  • Wait and make two payments in May


No late fees will be assessed during April. If you have a financial crisis, please email or call me to discuss options. We fully advise families who can make payments to continue to do so. Prepare for the worst. Hope for the best. 


This situation will continue to evolve as time goes. Show-Me Central Habitat for Humanity will be posting any information about changes due to COVID-19 on our website at www.showmehabitat.com under the “more” tab. If we close or make changes to mortgage payments, you can see them listed there. Before making your payment each month, check the website to make sure there aren’t new changes.  If you have an emergency need or would like to speak to someone on staff, you can email either austin@showmehabitat.com or ashley@showmehabitat.com. We will be checking the Habitat voicemail if the office closes so leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
